Vibes to Bucks offers a free tier with core functionality and a 14-day Pro trial with access to all premium features. We encourage you to evaluate the product thoroughly during this period before purchasing.

Digital content and right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Dutch law as Art. 6:230p BW), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Since Vibes to Bucks is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, the following applies during checkout (handled by Lemon Squeezy):

You are asked for your express consent to begin supply of digital content immediately.
You acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal.
You receive confirmation of this on a durable medium (email).

This is permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Refund policy

Because you have the opportunity to fully evaluate the product during the free trial, purchases are final. This applies to both annual subscriptions and lifetime licenses.

Goodwill exceptions

We understand that exceptional situations arise. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund in cases such as:

Duplicate or erroneous charges — You were charged twice or in error.
Critical defect — A bug prevents the extension from functioning at all, and we’re unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
Other exceptional circumstances — Where we believe a refund is the fair thing to do.

Your order number or license key
A description of the issue
Any relevant screenshots or details

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your annual Pro subscription at any time through Lemon Squeezy.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain full Pro access until then.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

How refunds are processed

When a refund is granted, it is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and is typically 5–10 business days.

Disputes

If you’re not satisfied with a refund decision, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work things out.

EU consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. Dutch law applies to any disputes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated through our website and/or the extension changelog.
